Alumni Spotlight: A Tale of Dreams with Priya Moorthy

 

Priya fondly recalls the cherished moments at IDeA, as she calls it the 'best days of her life,' further highlighting a supportive, friendly atmosphere where she finds mentors and batchmates who nurtured her talent and pushed her to fulfill her dreams. Today, she translates that such guidance leads into entrepreneurial success through her own brand, Meraki Couture by Priya.

Her couture specializes in customized party wear and Western and Indo-Western styles. Meraki has also gained international acclaim for its unique "family twinning" concepts. Her brand caters to a wide spectrum of men, women, and children worldwide. Priya’s artistic work has graced numerous successful fashion runways, showcasing her talent in fashion and designing. Her advice to the aspiring designers: "Have confidence in your path, and never have a second thought about following your dreams."
